The International Journal of Management and Social Science (IJMSS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. Peer Review Process

All submissions to IJMSS undergo a rigorous blind peer-review process by at least two subject matter experts. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, clarity, relevance to the journal's scope, and contribution to the field. The standard review timeline is 6–10 weeks. Authors will be notified of the decision along with constructive feedback. Rejected articles may be resubmitted after revisions for fresh review.
