The International Journal of Management and Social Science (IJMSS) is an open access journal. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or access barriers. IJMSS is committed to ensuring wide dissemination of scholarly research, thereby increasing its visibility, accessibility, and academic impact across management and social science disciplines.

Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance and publication, the copyright of all articles is transferred to IJMSS. The journal retains the publishing rights while allowing authors to use their work for non-commercial purposes with proper citation. In exceptional cases, and upon sufficient justification, the Editorial Board may consider releasing copyright back to the author(s).

All published articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, users are permitted to:

Conditions:
