The present study intends to explore the effects of scheduling in administration and its impact on administrative productivity in the context of a couple of private medical hospitals in Parañaque City. This is based on Frederick W. Taylor's Scientific Management principles and Henri Fayol's administrative management theory. Some of the aspects that this research will focus on include making appointments, allocating time for each task, and dealing with walk-in clients. This study aims to establish whether scheduling practices have an influence on indicators such as task efficiency and employee productivity.
As indicated earlier, the study intends to expand on the existing research about demand forecasting and labour management with reference to the study by the Qadri Group authors Nouhan, Koulibaly, and Muhammad Noman (2024). In addition, the study will adopt a quantitative approach to research in order to gather information about scheduling techniques. The study will also focus on both manual and computerized scheduling and external influences that may affect private medical facilities.
